Monday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday and Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday
If you require lab work (blood work or urinalysis), or to receive an injection, you may come in without an appointment between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Our main office is located between Lexington and Third Avenues on 32nd Street. It is one block from the 33rd Street #6 local train, as well as the M101, M102, M103 Lexington Ave buses. There are two parking lots on 32nd Street, one between Park Ave and Lexington on 32nd, and another under our building between Lexington and Park on 32nd. There is also an entrance to this lot on 31st Street.
Our new downtown office is located in the Financial District, on Broadway between Maiden Lane/Cortlandt Street and Liberty Street. It is one block from the World Trade Center site and two blocks from the World Financial Center. Across the street is One Liberty Plaza and on the ground floor is a McDonald's restaurant. This office is a short walk from the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J and Z trains (Fulton Street station); and N and R trains (Cortlandt Street station); as well as the M5 bus. Nearby parking lots are at 100 Williams Street, 25 Beekman Street and 85 John Street.
